Description of the house

It is a two-storey stone house. The ground floor consists of a room with a double bed that has a bathroom almost exclusively, in the same is the kitchen and the dining room with large windows, in the large living room there are two sofas from where you can watch the scenery or the TV.

On the first floor there is a living room with a large sofa with stunning views of the mountains of the region of Arta, followed by another bathroom and a large bedroom with a bed of 1.80 m x 2.00 m with views of the mountains and the terrace area.

The house is surrounded by walkable terraces and stairs leading to the recreation area behind with an impressive 10 m by 4 m swimming pool with jacuzzi area and outdoor shower.

Attached to the terraces there is a solarium and a barbecue area. With tables, chairs and pergolas that give a feeling of freshness to enjoy the atmosphere and the views of the area.

The house has modern TV and Internet, bed linen and towels, as well as crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Electric access gate, self-sustainable house with solar panels, batteries, back-up generator, water cisterns, etc.
